It's approaching that fur-rezzing time of year

I'm back with a new blog post. This time writing about this cute little outfit I wore last weekend for Mitch's birthday trip to London. It's that time of year again when the weather just can't make up its mind - one minute its sunny and you're still wearing shorts and the next its freezing and you're reaching for a coat. However, we were lucky enough to have some afternoon sunshine and enjoyed a lovely drink at Radio Rooftop Bar (if you haven't been, I would defo reccommend for date night - beautiful view of the city, lovely wine, cocktails, music and even blankets for those chilly evenings).

Coat: Missguided, Roll Neck: Gap, Skirt: Misspap, Boots: Next, Sunglasses: River Island, Bag: Camden Market

The first turtle neck appearance in a long time, dressed with my ripped / destressed Misspap skirt (£20) and my gorg new fur cropped jacket from Missguided (£50). Those who know me, know I love a fur coat and I probably own a coat with every different kind of fur (fake of course), but I truly believe that wearing fur really glams up a simple look - and it doesn't always have to be expensive. As we were walking around London, I opted for some flat knee high boots (I brought these a while back from Next, but I know a lot of high street stores and online shops still sell this style of boot). Of course accessorised with my little red Chanel bag and River Island mirrored sunnies (£14).

After a couple of hours admiring the view, taking obligatory pics and drinking a large glass of rose, we headed to China Town for dinner - not wanting to miss our standard Sunday chinese, even if we were in London.  A lovely day, full laughs with the extended Dickensons!
