Outfit Review: My three fav holiday outfits

As I sit here sweltering in my room, pondering on a day of travel nightmares and lots of sweat, I decide to use this 33 degree weather as an idea for my new blog post. I haven't posted in a while (which seems to be a famous line of mine), so I thought I would write a review on my top three favourite outfits that I wore in Turkey.

So, just as a little bit of a background, my boyfriend Mitch and I booked a wonderful romantic getaway to Mexico in May. In all our excitement we went to board our early morning plane, only to later learn we would be 32 hours delayed and miss a day and a half of a holiday we spent ages looking forward too. After spending a night at a very spooky, 'not so clean' hotel near Gatwick, we finally arrived to a slap of humidity. We enjoyed three full days of sun, to be graced with then two days of torrential rain (just our luck). Anyway, this warrants a whole separate blog post - today I want to focus on the more relaxing holiday: Turkey. As they say every cloud has a silver lining and we arrived home to lovely chuck of compensation, which paid for our second holiday to Turkey.

I find holiday shopping very difficult and stressful. You know you'll be taking pics for the gram, so you want to look your absolute best. Plus I was in a bit of a rush after Mexico to find outfits I hadn't worn before. Being 30 plus degrees everyday I wanted to be cool, but also look good - so below are my three holiday picks.

Number 1

I saw this outfit in Zara and absolutely fell in love. It was reasonably priced for starters, but how comfy it felt and the whole design was just fab. The trousers are super stretchy at the waist so perfect for a big dinner out, and the top very gracefully ties up at the back. I also don't really own much yellow, so it was good to try something new. Plus they went fab with my orange Topshop sandals. I styled this with a Boohoo headband (but then later regretted it, as it was so hot).

Number 2

This gorgeous little co-ord I actually purchased from a website called Sour Plant Clothing. I was very lucky it fitted so perfectly and with that looked so pretty on. If you want to check out their website, you can get 20% off with code 'JES20'. I styled this outfit with a simple black Primark bag and Misguided white buckle sandals.

Number 3

Last but no means least, I re-wore my grad ball dress. I ABSOLUTELY adore this dress. Its a beautiful shade of pink and has a really dainty pattern on it. I have a worn a few times, but I will always wear again and again, as it is just perfect. I found a little flower for my hair and decided to take out my new Gucci rucksack (of course brought in Turkey).

Outfit dets:

Co-ord: Sour Plant Clothing (unfortunately, they don't have my co-ord online anyone, as they move their stock around - but I have linked to the page with similar styles|)
Orange sandals: Topshop
White buckle sandals: Missguided
Black headband: Boohoo

Hope you enjoyed this little read!
